A raita is a simple recipe prepared by adding vegetables to the beaten curd.

Ingredients
- Half cup of yoghurt/Curd
- Few chopped cucumber slices
- chopped onion
- chopped green chilli
- chopped Carrot
- chopped Tomato
- 1 spoon of salt
- chopped coriander leaves, mint leaves. If you want you can add chopped curry leaves as well.
Lets see the preparation method.
- In bowl take half cup of curd and beat this well.
- To this curd add 1 spoon of salt. And chopped coriander and mint leaves.
- Then add all chopped vegetables and mix well.
- This raita is very health and delicious . Because we have added all healthy vegitables and curd is also good for health.
- After you mix all the ingredients for half minute, curd raita is ready.
